The bar’s walls are clad in smoked oak veneer that exudes a rich warmth, while the newly crafted bar counter is made from Brazilian Avocado marble with a leather finish. One of the restaurant’s most striking contemporary interventions comes in the form of a bold red art installation by Dutch artist Peter Gentenaar suspended over the bar. They brought on board the Gallops Restaurant best man for the job—architect Vistasp Kharas, who had renovated the restaurant the first time around, some 26 years ago. But the main job of the drink in the ancient time was to keep the army warm and we have also made it that way. The cocktail menu includes a revival of old classics you might not see on menus quite often. A personal preference aside, the dressing sauce poured over it which was a tad bit sour, but the dish was a fun concept and once again enjoyed by the rest of the party on the table. The Corn Ribs also had a subtle hint of truffle hot sauce and the dish ensured that the truffle was not overpowering, unlike most places. The Harissa Tahini perfectly complemented the cauliflower steak, and the dukkah added just the right amount of crunch to the dish. “Over the last couple of years, we have moved our philosophy that in the long run, we want to have more regional options on the menu,” he says when we visited the newly done Gallops.

The intimate atmosphere of this spot allows guests to relax after a hard working day. We ordered a starter and a salad inside but were told food couldn’t be transferred outside once the table is available and area is opened. Very unhygienic service. While eating my soup, I discovered what appeared to be rat droppings in the bowl. Which they blatantly lied about calling it a dead fly but later had to accept since we had proof.It's high time they work on their hygiene given the fact that there are multiple reviews having the same issues. Cream of Chicken Soup
The waitresses were friendly and came around all of the time. The hot garlic sauce had some heat but didn't overpower the wings. The chicken and waffles were delicious.
